Unfortunately, there are strictly no returns unless there is a defect in a product received. If you have received a defective item please inform us within a week of receiving your order. We would be glad to reship you a brand new item at no cost or provide a full refund.
2. I've placed my order but I want to cancel my order! I changed my mind, can I get my money back?
Orders that have been placed can only be canceled/refunded if they have not yet been processed/shipped out. If an order is already in the process of being created or has shipped out, it cannot be canceled. If you just placed an order and would like to cancel it, please contact us immediately!
3. Can I exchange an item for a smaller/larger size?
We do not do exchanges. It's important that you choose the right size before you checkout your order! Please compare the measurements for each item's table/chart to the measurements of a garment you already own at home for accuracy. 1. Do you ship internationally? How much is shipping?
Yes, we do ship internationally and shipping is FREE. Only on small occasions will we charge someone shipping.
2. Where do you ship from?
We ship from our dispatch facilities located in Shanghai, China. If you have ordered more than one item, please keep that your items will be shipped separately as our facilities specialize in different areas.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
Order processing time takes 1-8 business days before shipment. Deliveries can take up to 1-3 weeks. However, orders can sometimes take up to 2 months due to customs, slow postal services, and shipping delays. It all depends on what you purchased and where you live! 4. It’s been more than "2 months" and my order has not arrived yet? Why?
While some parcels can arrive early, some others may experience shipping delays, or you may live in a more isolated region from where we produce (China). If it does not arrive by 2 months upon your shipment date and the status of your order is idle, we can help reship your order or a refund is guaranteed!
5. I only received part of my order, where are my other items?
We ship from our different facilities in China, so some items might arrive earlier than others. As well, often times some parcels experience shipping delays while others do not. If you'd like to know the status of your other items, please email us with your name and order number.
6. What about the possible customs fees that may occur?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the item(s) have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country (this very rarely happens).
7. Will my order get to me before “this date”?
If you plan to receive your order before a certain occasion or as a gift, we do not recommend purchasing an item during the month when the event/holiday is happening. There is a risk of the item not arriving there on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates.
